Q: Can I return an embroidered item?
A: All embroidered items are non-refundable, please check all embroidery details in your order confirmation email and email us right away if you need to make a change.
Q: Is the back of a Happy Blankie® all satin?
Q: Help!! We lost our Happy Blankie® and my daughter can’t sleep without it, can you overnight one to us?
A: Absolutely! Just choose the “RUSH SHIPPING” option for $50 and we’ll make sure you have your blankie asap!

A: We use USPS (the US post office) for 99% of all of our shipments. Occasionally we use UPS for oversized orders and RUSH shipping orders.
